Dynoplast Kongsvinger: Largest single order / Special containers for Shell Chemicals
Packaging manufacturer Dynoplast AS (N-2200 Kongsvinger) has received its largest single order to date. The contract represents a sales value of NOK 30m over three years. The company will supply four types of special containers (0.5-4 l) to Shell Chemicals Europe for use with various car-maintenance products. "As part of our concentrated efforts to supply packaging to the oil companies, this order is of major importance for our company", says Knut Pedersen, Marketing Manager. He adds that these containers have been developed in close cooperation with Shell.
Dynoplast is currently the major supplier of plastic containers to Shell companies in the Nordic countries. The company produces a wide range of special containers for lubricants, and supplies most of the oil companies in the market. The Kongsvinger company has more than 25 years' experience of developing plastic products for the packaging industry. The company has been awarded the ISO 9001 certificate, and is now the market leader for these products in Scandinavia. In addition to special containers developed for individual customers, the product range includes standard and special containers from 1-60 liters, jards, pails and bins form 1-100 l, and also packaging for transport of dangerous goods. – Dynoplast AS, Kongsvinger, is a part of the Plastics Division of Dyno Industrier AS (HQ: PO Box 779, Sentrum, N-0106 Oslo), which has 18 plastics factories in Europe.
