"Entira" modifier range launched
DuPont Packaging & Industrial Polymers (Wilmington, Delaware / USA; www.dupont.com) has introduced a new family of high-performance modifiers that it says will improve properties of a wide variety of polymers. The range has been developed by DuPont-Mitsui Polychemicals, a joint venture between DuPont and Mitsui Chemicals (Tokyo / Japan; www.mitsui-chem.co.jp). The first product in the "Entira" line to be introduced globally is "Entira AS" which is claimed to offer superior antistatic properties, high frequency weldability and high moisture permeability.
