Thermoplastic elastomers from Italy
DTR srl (Via S. Pertini 4, I-20020 Arese) has acquired exclusive rights to market thermoplastics elastomers produced by So. F. Ter SpA (Via Mastro Giorgio 2, I-47100 Forli) in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The arrangement covers the TPEs "Sofprene" (SPS), "Laprene" (SEBs), "Forprene" (crosslinked PP/EPDM) and "Forflex" (un-crosslinked PP/EPDM). So. F. Ter SpA, with an annual output of more than 60,000 t/y, claims to be one of Europe's largest compounders of elastomers.
