Spanish composites specialist Fontanals acquired
DSM Composite Resins (Schaffhausen / Switzerland; www.dsmcompositeresins.com) has acquired family-owned Fontanals Composites (Barcelona / Spain) as part of its aim to become European market leader in composites distribution. Fontanals Composites will be integrated into DSM Composite Resins´ Euroresins distribution group and strengthens the company´s distribution offering in Iberia. The group aims to offer a wide range of brands backed by "an optimal technical and logistical service," said Jordi Geli, general manager of the newly formed Euroresins-Fontanals Composites.
