Distribution pact with Targray for optical media grades
Optical media and photovoltaics materials supplier Targray (Kirkland / Canada; www.targray.com) has signed an agreement with Dow Europe (Horgen / Switzerland; www.dow.com), making it the exclusive distributor of polycarbonate optical media grades in Europe, Africa, India and the Middle East. Under the terms of the deal, Targray will begin selling “Calibre 1060 DVD” and “Calibre 1080 DVD” starting 1 January 2010.
Targray says it is the optical media’s largest raw materials supplier, employing 90 workers worldwide. Company revenues in 2008 stood at USD 225m.
