Curver BV (PO Box 16, NL-5050 AA Goirle) entered into an agreement with the Swiss plastics processor group OWO-Presswerke AG (PO Box 60, CH-4717 Mümliswil) for the sale, distribution and – optionally – manufacture of Curver products in Switzerland. Starting early November, OWO will supplement its own "O collection" products with Curver's plastic consumer products. The new brand name used on the Swiss market will be "Curver O.collection". OWO is market leader in Switzerland in the area of plastic housewares. The company with workforce of about 150 realized sales of around SFR 30m in 1994. Its production facilities are based in Mümliswil (Solothurn) and Merenschwand (Aargau).

Curver is Europe's largest producer of plastic brand products in the consumer sector. The company produces housewares, garden furniture and masterbatches. Curver employs about 1700 people and has annual sales of around Hfl 500m. It has sales offices, production sites and logistic centres throughout Europe. Curver is a 100% subsidiary company of the Dutch chemicals and materials company DSM NV.
