Russia’s Acron Group (Veliky Novgorod; www.acron.ru) in late July purchased 12.03% of the shares in Poland’s Zaklady Azotowe w Tarnowie-Moscicach (ZAT, Tarnow; www.azoty.tarnow.pl), making it the minority shareholder in ZAT, with a total ownership of 13.23%.
