Speciality chemicals producer Clariant(Muttenz / Switzerland; www.clariant.com) has launched its “Mevopur” range of masterbatches at “K 2010” in Düsseldorf / Germany. The new brand has been developed for use in medical devices and pharmaceutical packaging to provide colour and surface engineered compounds.
Clariant said the range offers vibrant colours and the opportunity to enhance the functionality of highly-specialised medical and pharmaceutical applications, taking safety and regulatory compliance into account.
