Interplastica display to celebrate 50th anniversary
Brückner (Siegsdorf / Germany; www.brueckner.com) will be displaying its most recent developments in film stretching lines and cast film technology at “Interplastica Moscow” (www.interplastica.de) from 26-29 January 2010. The company, which celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2010, will exhibit machinery that integrates both cast and stretch technologies, reflecting increasing interest in the production of non-oriented cast and sheet film.

Brückner’s BOPP lines offer working widths from 4m to 10m with outputs from 900 kg/h up to 7,000 kg/h and production speeds up to 525 m/minute. The company will also display custom-made solutions in transparent BOPP high barrier films, opaque, density reduced barrier films and metalised ultra high barrier BOPP films. It will exhibit machines for efficient production of thin flexible BOPET packaging film or optical film grades up to 400 µm and its technology for direct film casting (DFC), where the melt is delivered directly out of the poly-condensation to a flat die.
The exhibit will include shrink film and specialty film lines, for labels, full body sleeves or tamper evident packaging, ultra-thin applications down to 0.5 µm for capacitor film and high temperature film for electronic applications. Also on display will be cast PET sheet lines with chill roll technology, PET sheet lines for A-PET and PET-G, high performance CPP lines and the range of IT services offered by Brückner Servtec.
