Agreement to handle Adtech Provera sales and marketing / LLDPE film business to be developed
Extrusion equipment manufacturer Brückner Formtec (Siegsdorf / Germany; www.brueckner.de) and stretch wrap film extrusion line specialist Adtech Provera (Rovato / Italy; www.adtechprovera.it) have agreed to cooperate to develop their interests in LLDPE stretch wrap film lines. Brückner Formtec will take over the sales and marketing activities of Adtech Provera, while manufacturing, pre-assembly, wet-test facilities and service for the Italian company´s established range of turn-key pallet stretch wrap lines will remain at its facility in Rovato.
