McArdle new VP of polyolefins strategy

Christopher McArdle has been named vice-president of polyolefins strategy and new business development effective 1 September 2020 at Borealis (Vienna / Austria: www.borealisgroup.com). Prior to the posting, McArdle filled senior commercial roles at Dow Chemical (Midland, Michigan / USA; www.dow.com) in the consumer solutions and packaging and speciality plastics businesses for three years, Borealis said.
Before joining Dow, he spent 16 years of his career at DuPont (Wilmington, Delaware / USA; www.dupont.com) in a variety of strategy and marketing positions. In his last role McArdle was EMEA business director for speciality ethylene copolymer business.
