Biesterfeld Petroplas (Reading / UK; www.biesterfeld-plastic.com) has been appointed distributor in the UK mainland for LDPE and LLDPE materials manufactured by Ineos Polyolefins (Lyndhurst / UK; www.ineos.com) with immediate effect. The appointment complements the distribution arrangement that Biesterfeld Petroplas has with Chevron Phillips Chemical (The Woodlands, Texas / USA; www.cpchem.com) for its MDPE and HDPE grades.

Biesterfeld Plastic (Hamburg / Germany) is Ineos Polyolefins´ largest European distribution partner, selling into continental European markets in France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland and Italy, as well as central eastern Europe. Ineos has not previously used a UK distributor for its LDPE/LLDPE portfolio.
