Bayer MaterialScience (BMS, Leverkusen / Germany; www.bayerbms.com) has acquired the remaining shares in its 50:50 systems house joint venture BaySystems BÜFA Polyurethane from Büsing & Fasch. The acquisition underlines BMS’ commitment to expand its global network of PU systems houses, said Peter Vanacker, head of BMS’ polyurethanes business.
BMS acquired a 50% stake in BaySystems BÜFA in 2003.
