BASF (Ludwigshafen, Germany; www.basf.com) has launched a new service, called RegXcellence, to help its plastics-additives customers navigate complex regulatory frameworks whilst remaining compliant.
The service is a digital solution to access regulatory documents and a global community of regulatory experts who evaluate relevant environmental, health and safety data. These experts are available to support customers for registration services or processes and substance consulting. Specific regulatory trainings are also offered, says BASF.
RegXcellence is already offered to customers of BASF’s fuel and lubricant solutions, plasticisers, pharma solutions, and nutrition businesses.
The service for plastic additives is part of the Valeras brand, which BASF launched last year for sustainable solutions of its plastic additives portfolio (see Plasteurope.com of 16.07.2021).
