M. Holland to distribute engineering plastics range in North America
German chemical giant BASF (Ludwigshafen; www.basf.com) has appointed M. Holland Company (Northbrook, Illinois / USA; www.m-holland.com) as authorised distributor for the engineering plastics range distributed by its North American subsidiary BASF Corporation (Florham Park, New Jersey / USA). The agreement covers the group’s “Ultramid” polyamide compounds, “Ultradur” and “Petra” thermoplastic polyester compounds, “Ultraform” copolyester acetal resins as well as “Ultrason” high temperature polymers and applies to the US and Canada.
The Ludwigshafen-based group already has two other US-based distributors: Entec Polymers (Orlando, Florida; www.entecresins.com) and Nexeo Solutions (The Woodlands, Texas; http://nexeosolutions.com).
