AUSTROTHERM
Price hikes for XPS, EPS insulation boards
— By Plasteurope.com staff —

With effect from 3 March 2025, Austrotherm (Waldegg, Austria; www.austrotherm.at) intends to increase prices for XPS and EPS insulation boards by up to 14%. This is in response to the rising costs of raw materials, energy, transport, and labour, the company said.

The German subsidiary in Wittenberge has made a separate announcement – it intends to raise prices for XPS insulation materials by around 9% from 17 March due to the increased costs. However, the old prices will still apply to stock orders that are received by 28 February as part of the monthly average purchase quantities and can be delivered by 14 March.
