Euromap members re-elect Luciano Anceschi as association president

The European plastics and rubber machinery association Euromap (Frankfurt / Germany; www.euromap.org) has re-elected Luciano Anceschi as its president. The managing director of Tria (Cologno Monzese / Italien; www.tria.it) was confirmed at the association’s recent 11 September meeting for another term, due to expire in 2018.
The association’s members also elected KraussMaffei Technologies’ (KM, Munich / Germany; www.kraussmaffei.com) Karlheinz Bourdon as new vice president, replacing Arburg (Loßburg / Germany; www.arburg.com) managing director Helmut Heinson. Thorsten Kühmann, managing director of the German association for plastics and rubber machinery VDMA Kunststoff- und Gummimaschinen (KuG, Frankfurt; http://kug.vdma.org), was confirmed as Euromap secretary general, while his long-term assistant Lilli Rudnick was elected the association’s new treasurer.
