ARRK CORPORATION
Hungarian subsidiary to be sold by end-March
As part of its restructuring process, Japan’s Arrk Corporation (Tokyo; www.arrk.co.jp) in February 2012 decided to sell all shares in its Hungarian subsidiary, Arrk Hungary (Tiszaujvaros), by the end of March this year. Located about 180 km northeast of the capital Budapest, Arrk Hungary specialises in blow and injection moulding for the automotive, electronics, telecommunications and chemical industries. The company became a part of Arrk in 1999.
The sale will likely leave Arrk Corporation with a profit of more than EUR 230,000. The Japanese group said the move was prompted by a reorganisation and a focus on core materials.
