The manufacturer of flexible technical insulation materials Armacell (Luxembourg; www.armacell.com) is introducing a return system for elastomeric surplus materials. With the "Eco-Cycle" system, processors in the trade and construction industries can arrange for the collection and removal of building materials – including insulation sheets and tubes – at their premises. The collected elastomeric materials will then be used in the manufacturing of new products. Armacell is working on insulation materials that consist of 100% processing-surplus materials.

Armacell produces thermoplastic and elastomeric insulation materials, covering systems and special foams for industrial applications in 24 production plants worldwide. With 2,900 employees, the company generated net sales of EUR 540m in 2015.
