Michael Zacka appointed as CCO
Australia-based packaging company Amcor (Hawthorn; www.amcor.com) has announced the appointment of Michael Zacka as the new CCO, effective 1 July 2017. He will be based in Zurich / Switzerland and will report to Ron Delia, the company's CEO. Zacka will serve as the senior executive sponsor within Amcor for sales & marketing, procurement, innovation and sustainability, where he will work with Amcor's business groups across each of these areas.
Zacka has many years of experience in the packaging and food industries, including 20 years with Tetra Pak. Most recently, he led Tetra Pak's South Asia, East Asia and Oceania business since 2014.
