Medical TPEs to be demonstrated at “Medtech Pharma” and “Fakuma”
Coatings and sealants specialist Actega (Bremen / Germany; www.actega.com), part of specialty chemicals producer Altana (Wesel / Germany; www.altana.com) has introduced the “ProvaMed” range of TPE materials, developed for the requirements of medical technology and pharmaceutical products. The company said the material complies with the needs of processors, end users and legislation in the medical sector.
Actega will demonstrate its synthetic granulates for medical technologies at the “Medtech Pharma 2012” congress in Nuremberg / Germany on 4 and 5 July (www.medtech-pharma.de) and at “Fakuma 2012” from 16 to 20 October in Friedrichshafen / Germany (www.fakuma-messe.de).
