Acquisition of Polish plastic components producer Plastwag finalised
Schweiter Technologies (Horgen / Switzerland; www.schweiter.ch) announced the completion of the takeover of Plastwag (Mielec / Poland; www.plastwag.pl). As planned (see Plasteurope.com of 12.02.2015), the transaction was finalised on 31 March 2015.
The Polish company, which is specialised in thermoforming and the production of composites for rail vehicles, will be integrated into Schweiter’s Swiss subsidiary, 3A Composites (Sins / Switzerland; www.3acomposites.com).
