Bowater to change name to Rexam
British packaging and building materials producer Bowater plc (Bowater House, Knightsbridge, GB-London SW lX 7NN), plans to change its name to Rexam plc. The company said the name change is designed to spotlight its international identitv and to eliminate competitive disadvantages. The group's core businesses in North and South America operate under the name Rexam.
