Film manufacturer Neschen Coating (Bückeburg / Germany; www.neschen.de), owned by industrial holding Blue Cap (Munich / Germany; www.blue-cap.de), is expanding its sales activities to Northern Europe. This time, however, the company did not take over a competitor as it did with the Swiss Netra (Emmen / Switzerland; www.netra.ch), but has founded a joint distribution company, Filmolux Scandinavia (Stockholm / Sweden), in cooperation with the display film manufacturer Spennare (Nacka / Sweden; www.spennare.com). The new joint venture will be responsible for customers from Sweden, Norway and Iceland.
Only recently, Lars Chabalowitz was appointed managing director of the German distribution company Filmolux Deutschland (Bückeburg; www.filmolux.de). He succeeds Oscar Mateo, who is expected to leave the company at his own request in October 2019, after a transition phase.
