MOLECOR
Joint venture to produce PVC-O pipes in Malaysia
PVC-O technology and pipe manufacturer Molecor (Madrid / Spain; www.molecor.com) has entered a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Malaysian investment and manufacturing group Fitters Diversified Berhad (Kuala Lumpur; www.fittersgroup.com), to invest in creating Molecor (SEA) as part of the Spanish company’s expansion strategy.

Established in Malaysia almost 30 years ago, Fitters’ principal activities are in fire-safety materials, equipment and fire-prevention systems. The newly-formed joint venture is reported to be the first company in South East Asia to produce PVC-O pipes using the Molecor technology.
